A “Streetscape” is the overall appearance of a street. It includes the various elements that make up the street and its surroundings, including sidewalks, benches, trees and landscaping, the types of pavement used, crosswalks, signage, utility poles, trash receptacles, and any other item located within the public right-of-way.
